This is what the original Homepage looked like. I was tasked with redesigning the homepage to better fit our learner and admin user needs.
RESEARCH
I conducted user surveys, user interviews via online and in person
I started sketching out layouts and ideas based on the user feedback I received and then created a wireframe

These are screenshots of the mock & prototype selected for the in-person user interview.
I recorded the participants going through the prototype during this interview while I listened to their comments and asked them particular questions about their experience. We were able to gather a lot of precious data from this endeavour that would help in making small adjustments as well as support our reasonings for our design decisions.
