FurstPerson was bought by Outmatch and I became a lead designer. Outmatch is also a SaaS System that includes assessments, video interviewing, and reference checking. I redesigned the 3 separate SaaS systems (Checkster, FurstPerson, and Launchpad) so that they look unified. I did this by collaborating with the different development structures for the 3 different systems, creating an organized design-development process, a well-defined style guide and pattern library, and leading a team of 3 designers in 3 different time zones around the world, strategically.
