First Community Credit Union is the Official Credit Union of the Houston Texans. I started as a teller, applied for a marketing assistant position, and later was offered a position as a Webmaster. I worked within their marketing department. I made daily updates to web, mobile and social media which resulted in 200% increased customer engagement. I designed monthly campaigns, banner ads, how-to guides and hosted public events for up to 100 people. I also had the opportunity to collaborate with uGenius in designing a personal teller machine interface.
