The iComfort s30 is a smart WiFi-controlled thermostat that has Geofence Algorithm for Smart Away Mode, live weather forecasts, advanced temperature and humidity controls, scheduling and more. It automatically adapts to indivisual lifestyles and to the changing environment to help deliver the ultimate in comfort, energy savings and peace of mind.

This was my first project at Krasamo. I was tasked with analysing the older modal and redesigning it to be userfriendly with added features. I designed the consumer and dealer platform in web, tablet, mobile, and TSTAT devices.

LEGACY PROGRAM & USER MANUAL

I started researching the previous model and user manual. I made notes of the flow, what was needed, what was not, and anything that wasn’t clear/pain points. We tested our prototypes at Lennox dealer locations across the country. I analyzed the data and made adjustments accordingly.

WIREFRAMES

We created wireframes that were indexed so that everyone would be able to access and use them. These were presented in person to Lennox on a bi-weekly bases.
