The Application Experience is the view of the applicant going through our adaptive assessments. I designed this experience with empathy for the candidate and the client in mind. It was designed to be respectful of the candidate's time and to also provide them feedback via a report after the experience is completed. This was designed so that the candidate could personalise the experience to best reflect their brand and tone. I revamped all of the assessments’ look & feel, redesigned aspects of the assessments, and created new assessments. One of the assessments that I am most proud of designing is a simulation. We wanted to introduce a game-like approach thus Coffee&TeaCo was created -the user would be working at Coffee&TeaCo and would need to manage customers while completing orders, responding to dialogue, and managing the store item inventory.
